I remember last year how I was struggling to find products to protect me from harmful UV rays that would pair well with makeup. I found products like kind of matte primers with SPF or twisting brushes that released SPF loaded loose powder.
I realised I could just look for a compact a powder with SPF. There are also foundations with SPF. If you Google SPF foundation, you get a lot more search results than with SPF powder, but since they are already wet and oily, a foundation with SPF can become even more shiney, heavy and greasy looking and that is exactly what we don't want on top of our sweaty summer face. It's also difficult to find a good summer shade of foundation. A powder is slightly easier to match with your makeup.
So, a powder it is. I noticed I couldn't find a nice overview of good brands that offer compact SPF powders, so I looked into it myself and made a list of my favourites that I am willing to try:
